Testimonials
Stacy:
"I can remember staring at myself in the mirror.
The look of disgust. The feeling of failure. The desire to FEEL better, be a little more confident. I needed help. But, I was so scared to even ask for it! What if I just failed again!?
I truly believe the Lord led me to the FASTer Way! I needed accountability! I needed somebody to check in on me and give me all the guidance they could give because I had NO idea how to help myself and self-motivation was at ground zero! I needed a plan. I needed ALL THE THINGS! And the @fasterwaytofatloss had it!
You see it’s NOT just about losing weight. Because the actual WIN, that you can’t see, is MUCH BIGGER and can’t be measured by the number on the scale, the size of my waist, or the noticeable difference in this picture. I’m stronger INSIDE & out. I’m more confident INSIDE & out. I’m healthier INSIDE & out."
Kristle:
"After two pregnancies, my body changed so much and I was falling into many unhealthy habits. I kept gaining weight and feeling fatigued. I was unhappy with myself and had low self-esteem.
At 6 months postpartum, I came across a friend's post. When she mentioned eating plenty of whole foods and that many other nursing moms have tried this, I was ready! I also needed motivation, direction, and guidance- and this is what I found with the program!
After 6 weeks, I lost 20 inches and 9.5 lbs! My milk supply increased! I have now lost a total of 45 inches and 19 lbs. I don’t feel fatigued anymore, have more energy, better mood, and improved self-confidence!"
Susan:
"The image on the left came up on my husband's phone. I have avoided the camera at all costs most of my life so there aren’t very many pictures available of me (one of the casualties of having a poor self-image).
But this one was taken.
The girl on the left was happy enough. But the truth is, she was tired. She was frustrated and felt like her body was broken. She was afraid of food because she had so many food rules in her head. She was pretty hopeless about her body ever-changing.
2018 Susan was eating so very little and working out like a fiend. She wanted answers and thought there were none.
2021 Susan doesn’t have a perfect life or a perfect body. But she is strong. She is healthy. She is making self care a priority and it shows."
